Andre Barbosa of Bethany College earned KCAC Defensive of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. he was selected for his performances during Oct. 17-23 by a vote of conference Sports Information Directors. Barbosa was a key member that kept Saint Mary from taking a single shot throughout the first half of the game. In the second half, he had a game saving, diving block after a Spire forward had beaten everyone including the keeper.
