Homestead Trail Celebration will be Saturday, October 15 at the Cole House Museum, 402 W. Cole. This celebration is sponsored by the Moundridge Historical Association. The festival goes back in time to the city’s beginnings. Activities include sheep shearing, soap making, quilting, blacksmith and mountain man demonstrations, wagon trains, a chili cook-off and old-fashioned games.
