Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced that Taylor Hinderliter, Lindsborg Middle School student, is the winner of the 2016 state D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education). The essay contest is coordinated by the Kansas Juvenile Officers Association. Taylor is the daughter of Tom and Gail Hinderliter.
