Morgan Drake, a 2016 Winfield High School graduate, accepted a $1,000 Traditions Scholar Award and a $900 Academic Opportunity Scholarship in business and entrepreneurship from Fort Hays State. Morgan daughter of Jason Drake and Lynn Herlocker, Winfield and plans to major in tourism and hospitality management.
