Milk and Cereal Popsicles

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup dry cereal of choice
  • 1 cup Greek vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk

Preparation

  • Mix banana, yogurt and milk in a bowl. Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups. Sprinkle dry cereal on top. Freeze 24 hours. (Optional: sprinkle cereal throughout popsicle)
