We are inviting candidates from Wichita and the surrounding area to speak at one of two scheduled forums, July 16 or 23.
Candidates will give 2-3 minute introduction of themselves and then respond to some predetermined questions on such issues as:
- Taxation
- Public Education
- Healthcare
- Judicial Selection/Independent Judiciary
- Voter Rights
- Transparency in Government
Then, if time allows, attendees will be allowed to ask questions of the candidates directly. Each candidate will be given 1-2 minutes to answer questions presented to them. This is not a debate, but a forum where candidates can express where they stand on the issues most important to voters in Kansas.
