The Standard & Poor’s rating agency confirmed the City of Andover, Kansas’ AA Rating on October 15. The City of Andover will be involved in three bond issues prior to the end of the year that will utilize the Rating from Standard & Poor’s in the placement of the bonds. Andover’s AA Rating is a higher rating than any other city in South Central Kansas, with the exception of Wichita.
